About The Camp

Diabetes Training Camp is a unique fitness, exercise and multi-sport training camp geared towards all persons with diabetes. Whether you want to learn more about general fitness or take your marathon and triathlon training to a higher level, this camp is for you! Your team is a phenomenal group of coaches and specialists, some of whom have diabetes themselves. They understand your needs as an athlete or exerciser with diabetes.

You will learn training techniques from elite coaches and fitness specialists who thrive on working with all abilities. This is the only camp that supports and trains individuals to effectively manage their diabetes at all levels of fitness and sports participation. At the beginning of camp, you will meet with a team of experts to help assess where you are and where you want to go. We will help formulate a plan for your camp experience and, most importantly, help you think through what your plan will be when camp is over.

Swimming ClassesWe pride ourselves on putting theory into practice, and building an individualized diabetes management plan for you, as well as an individualized training plan to take you to the another level.
