Walk/jog intervals with a variety of total body drills incorporated. Wednesday 10:30 – 11:45 AM Yoga - combination of strength and flexibility exercises that incorporate deep breathing and relaxation. 3:15 – 4:30 PM Strength Training 101 - learn how to put together a basic strength training program that you can take to any fitness center. Proper and safe form will be emphasized during this full body workout.
