Pilates Core - a spin off of traditional pilates classes that focuses on strengthening the muscles of the core while increasing flexibility.

3:15 – 4:30 PM
Buns and Guns - strength training class that targets sculpting the arms and the lower body.

Tuesday

3:15 – 4:30 PM
Cardio Intervals - improve cardiovascular endurance while enjoying the outdoors.  Walk/jog intervals with a variety of total body drills incorporated.

Wednesday

Yoga - combination of strength and flexibility exercises that incorporate deep breathing and relaxation.

3:15 – 4:30 PM
Strength Training 101 - learn how to put together a basic strength training program that you can take to any fitness center.  Proper and safe form will be emphasized during this full body workout.

Thursday

Fitness Challenge - test your limits and see how far you can take your personal fitness.  Instructor will give participants a pre-set group of exercises to complete within the given time to put personal fitness to the test.
