HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PROGRAM
Come join the Diabetes Training Camp team for a morning of learning and fun. The DTC team looks forward to sharing its insight regarding a comprehensive approach to facilitating success with fitness, exercise, & sports for those with diabetes. Through interactive case studies and lectures, you will learn practical insulin dosing strategies for various clinical scenarios before, during, and after exercise, the nutritional requirements for the exerciser or athlete with diabetes, and identify tactics for assisting your patients in achieving their goals.
